May: Body and soul weekend
 Welcome
to this spring's "Body and soul weekend" for people
living with HIV. The weekend will take place on Friiberghs
Mansion right by Lake Mälaren on May 9-11, 2008.
Participants
from all parts of Sweden are welcome. The mansion is beutifully
situated and there will be time for walks in the countryside,
opportunities to talk about HIV and share experiences, good
food, massage and other feel-good-activities.
The
Body and soul weekend is free of charge and includes food,
lodging and travel from Stockholm and back. You will have
to pay for your trip from your home to Stockholm and back
home again.

June 2008: Family camp in beautiful Roslagen
Every summer Noaks Ark in Stockholm arrange a camp for
families with children or teenagers, where one or several
family members are living with HIV.
The
camp is an opportunity for families to enjoy some beautiful
summer days together with other families affected by HIV.
Here you can talk openly about HIV related issues and share
your experiences.
We
will stay at Barnens ö, an island in the Roslagen archipelago.
The house is situated right by the waterfront with a private
jetty and a sauna. There will be time for swimming, fishing,
sunbathing and playing and also plenty of good food and chances
to meet new and old friends.
The
summer camp is free of charge. We can host up to 25 participants.

Lunch
Are you HIV
postive? Welcome to lunch on Tuesdays an Thursdays
at
12.15 PM at Noah's Ark, Eriksbergsgatan 46 in
Stockholm.
The lunch costs only 35 SEK and main course, salad, beverage,
coffee and cookie are included in the price. You are welcome
to bring a friend or family member if you like. Lunch
menu in Swedish. Welcome!
Women's
group
All HIV positive women are welcome. One evening per month
we arrange some activity and eat a light meal togehter. We
also laugh together, discuss more serious issues and share
our experiences of being a woman living with HIV. You are
very welcome to join us! Please

Dinner

Once a month we arrange a dinner gathering for people living
with HIV. We eat, talk, share experiences and often listen
to an interesting lecture.

Cognitive
psychotherapy
Do you need help to understand or to deal with your problems?
Living with HIV can sometimes make you feel vulnerable or
depressed. Some people get filled with anxiety or experience
relation assotiated problems. Psychotherapy can be one way
to deal with your situation.
Noaks Ark now offer cognitive psychoterapy for HIV positive
people, partners/family/friends, and for people who expose
themselves to HIV infection on a regular basis. We have great
knowledge of HIV related issues.
Price:
100 kronor/session during the first 10 sessions. Thereafter
it is free of charge.
